PROGRAMS
Do your part by engaging with Forgotten Wild's exciting programs for bats, squirrels, and alligators! Help protect bat habitats and learn about their role as natural pest controllers. Support our efforts to create squirrel-friendly environments and enhance urban biodiversity. Your involvement makes a difference for these species and our natural world!

BAT BOXES
Bat boxes are specially designed shelters that provide safe roosting sites for bats, mimicking natural crevices. They offer protection from predators and weather, support local bat populations, and help control insect pests naturally. Easy to install and maintain, bat boxes are a great addition to any backyard, garden, or conservation area.

ALLIGATORS
Support alligators in your backyard by maintaining natural water sources like ponds, planting native vegetation for cover, avoiding harmful chemicals, and creating buffer zones to reduce conflicts. Foster a healthy ecosystem to help alligators thrive and promote biodiversity.

SQUIRRELS
Support squirrels in your neighborhood by providing food sources like bird feeders with nuts and seeds, planting native trees and shrubs for shelter and nesting, and avoiding the use of harmful pesticides. Install squirrel boxes to offer safe nesting sites. Encourage a diverse and natural habitat to help squirrels thrive and enhance local biodiversity.

BEES (COMING SOON)
Support bees in your backyard by planting native flowers, avoiding pesticides, and creating habitats with bare soil and bee houses. Provide a shallow water source with landing stones. A bee-friendly environment helps bees thrive and supports pollination.

BACKYARD PREDATORS
Living with bears, lions, and other wildlife in your backyard requires safety and respect. Secure trash and food sources, use bear-proof containers, and remove bird feeders when not in use. Install motion-activated lights and alarms. Keep a safe distance and never feed wild animals. Educate others on coexistence practices for safety and harmony with wildlife.

BACKYARD WILD SPACES
Support wild spaces in your neighborhood by preserving natural areas, planting native plants, reducing pesticide use, and creating habitats like birdhouses and pollinator gardens. Join local conservation efforts and educate others about biodiversity. Enhance the environment and support local ecosystems.
